RACHEL LUMPKIN

Rachel has always been fascinated by homes, neighborhoods and the way people make a house their own—a lifelong interest that, after a bit of a detour, naturally led her to real estate.

After graduating from Western Washington University in 2002, Rachel spent 17 years in Washington, DC, including 13 years as a Director of Events for a foreign policy nonprofit. She managed complex, high-profile events involving foreign dignitaries, heads of state and cabinet members. That experience taught her to anticipate challenges, manage countless details and remain calm when things get complicated—skills she brings to every real estate transaction.

Today, Rachel works with buyers and sellers throughout Mercer Island, Seattle and the Eastside. She is honest, patient, immediately responsive and deeply committed to her clients. She works tirelessly on their behalf and believes in staying with a problem until it is solved. Her goal is to make what can be a stressful process feel informed, manageable and, whenever possible, enjoyable. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and guides them through the process with care, clarity and confidence—whether they're looking for the right home or navigating the right next chapter.

Rachel and her husband have called Mercer Island home for more than seven years, where they are raising their two children. Their family loves spending time together on the soccer fields, skiing and at their children's school.
